ADA Compliance: CASp Inspections, Surveys and Reporting

Our Certified Access Specialist will survey your commercial property and identify any adverse issues regarding ADA accessibility - also called “disability access or “handicapped access” - to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990.

This vital service not only ensures that your property is accessible to all, but also limits exposure to ADA-related lawsuits for financial gain. When lawsuits are threatened or initiated, settlement demands ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 are not uncommon. Correcting these issues of non-compliance, however, can usually be corrected for a fraction of that amount.
